Shipping & Returns

We're committed to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible, from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your doorstep. Below are the details about shipping, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

  • WESEEK accepts orders 24/7 through our website. Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.

    Once your order has been processed and handed over to our courier, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.

  • We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide:

    • Metro Manila: ₱150

    • Outside Metro Manila: ₱200

    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. For select remote or non-serviceable areas, additional shipping charges may apply. If this affects your order, we'll contact you before dispatch.

  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Metro Manila: 2–4 business days

    • Luzon: 3–6 business days

    • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–10 business days

    • Remote areas: Up to 10–12 business days
